Two New Cupboards and Internal Stair Ballustrade

Looking for a builder to quote on the following: 1. Linen cupboard to laundry conversion. Involves cutting out opening wall-to-wall approx 2400w x 2200h , new jamb, install sliding doors (which we will supply), and pushing into adjoining room approx 1000 x 300 - will need you to frame and GIB this. Essentially we're just after the shell (i.e no shelving, cupboards required). Will be helpful (but not essential) if you know and can coordinate with a plumber to move plumbing over. 2. Frame & GIB new wardrobe in a bedroom. New jamb, install sliding doors (which we will supply). Approx 2400w x 600d 3. Build & install a removable balustrade to internal stairs. Onsite quotes welcome.
