Laundry Leak

We have recently found out that our laundry leaked and caused the following damage: (This is from a Builder's inspection, and the insurance company have asked to provide a quote to get the job done) 1. swollen particle board flooring in the laundry, pantry, hallway and lounge (approx. 4m2) 2. swollen skirting boards in these locations 3. swollen laminate floor coverings Photos attached. These items need to be replaced. Please provide a quote to pass onto the insurance company to get the job done asap by you.
