Carport posts and beam repair/replacement
Job description
We have a 3 bay carport that has at least 3 posts that need replacing due to decay (probably used untreated wood to construct originally?). One of the large beams also shows signs of decay. Would like the whole carport looked at and quotes for necessary repairs and replacements. Carports are associated with a block of 3 units. All 3 are tenanted and I am one of the owners looking into this work on behalf of all 3 landlords. See photos.

James was awesome to deal with, good communicator and turned up, did the work and kept me posted as needed. Replaced some rotting posts on a 3 bay carport in a rental property and gave it the once over so myself and the other landlords would be reassured about its structure etc. Very happy and would definitely use again.
