Job description

General Building
North Shore

I require a qualified builder who is experienced in renovation work. The work involves installing a channeled wooden beam (which can carry/hide electrical cables) across a ceiling between an open plan living room and kitchen. The house has concrete ceilings so the wooden beam will need to be fixed to concrete. The purpose of the beam is to create a feature to hide cables, it will not be a structural element. The cables need to run across ceiling (concealed within beam) to allow for installation of drop down lights above breakfast bar. The beam will need to have holes for drop down lights. There are also some finishing touches at the property such as skirting boards and architraves to complete.
