Garden Studio

We require a qualified builder who is experienced in general building work. We are looking to build a garden studio. We have consented plans from Auckland council. It is a flat site with good access to bring in materials. Finished studio needs to have code of compliance. Studio is to be built in wood, roof is colour steel, cladding would be treated pine. Floors are plywood, interior needs insulation underfloor, walls and roof, and interior lined with grooved plywood. It will need guttering connected to a 600L water tank. Doors and windows are aluminium. Studio is 2.8m x 4.3m, and is 4.3m high, with a covered veranda of 4.3m x 0.9m. Studio is built on piles. It has a loft floor with retractable attic stairs. The studio will need to have electrical wiring but we can organise separately if needed. Studio does not need painting.
