Removal of HWC cupboard and tiling

1. The works requires demolition and removal of the existing hot water cupboard construction within the marked area (the hot water cylinder and all related connections have already been removed). Make good the surrounding wall and ceiling surfaces to a plaster-ready finish; painting is excluded. Make good the floor in the affected area by removing any fixings/packers and repairing and levelling the substrate as required, leaving it sound, clean and ready for new flooring installation (supply and installation of new flooring is excluded). Removal and disposal of demolition waste is excluded, as a flexi bin is already on site. 2. Tiling of kitchen floor ( 3-4 tiles only in total to patch up area underneath kitchen cabinet, tiles are available on site)
