Small studio / granny flat

Hi, we are looking to get initial quotes on the build of a small studio / granny flat at our property in Bayview. We have approximately 30m2 to work with on a trapezoid like shape at the bottom of our property (see photos attached). We were hoping this would be self contained and include a small bathroom and kitchenette and seperate bedroom if possible although studio style is also fine if the space is too limited. Would have to be built onsite as there isn't enough access to transport one into place. We are looking at a cost sensitive job but are keen to maximise quality where possible dependant on budget.
