Replace Existing Gib in Bedroom

Hi
We are looking to renovation our master bedroom.
We are after quotes to replace the ceiling as it is old, one wall with Noise reduction gib to reduce noise from neighbors and replace the gib on the stairs leading up to the bedroom as it has cracks.

Size guesses
Ceiling 6m x 6.5m
Wall 6m x 7m (10m at peak) but has 2 large windows.
Stairs 4m x 5m

We would remove all existing Gib beforehand and would need installation and plastering.
