A bit of landscaping which includes removing old paving, and redo path down side of house. We need a small gate made, and a “pad” laid for the new garden shed. The small existing (white) deck needs to be removed, to make way for a new deck & a (basic-design) pergola. Our backyard is in central Takapuna and it is a small area.

R Perry Builders did an excellent job with our deck & pergola build. The work was completed on-time, on-budget and we are very happy with the workmanship. Access to our backyard was by way of our neighbours’ driveway which posed it’s challenges, but the boys “just dealt with it”. Communication with Ramon & Sean was excellent throughout the build. I highly recommend Ramon & his team and will have no hesitation in using them again. Thanks for a job well done!
