Remove interior wall and build new one

Want to remove an interior wall between living room and kitchen and build a smaller one, see kitchen design photo. This is for an eventual kitchen upgrade. I can do most of the wall demolition/removal but would be great to have someone scope and provide guidance. I'm pretty sure it is not load bearing but if you can confirm this. Ceiling and wall behind kitchen counter to be rejibbed at a later date. Available to be scoped August 20th or 23rd.
