Bathroom/sitting room

Need about a 2 metre by 6 metres extension to incorporate a bathroom and two sitting areas on the rear of the house, ground level. Would like a pitched roof and patio doors. Hope to just out the window space to give access to the new rooms. Plus a small deck.
