Need to add a staircase into an attic, transform attic into a functional 4th bedroom, change beams in attic to accommodate an open space. Add Dormer windows to bring in light and give views of Mt Taranaki/sea
Create a second bathroom in what is currently a fourth bedroom.
Open up kitchen and dining room to create free flow between the two making one big room.
Break through wall in dining room to create indoor access to the attached garage which currently only has access via the french doors outside.
