Remove one 1500mm wall. Remove one 770mm door and replace with gib wall. Create a new 1500m wall with 500mm sliding/folding door in the middle. Possibly carpet to cut. Some plastering but no painting. There may be some old plumbing in the wall to be removed but I think it has been disconnected.
