House Extension to existing home

We've got full plans drawn up to extend our house. Two bedrooms, one is master with ensuite and walk in wardrobe. Laundry and single internal access garage. We're not planning to do anything at this stage to the existing house other than having a door made from an existing bedroom to the new extension
