door step and door shelter

1) door step has rotten out. Ditch is lower level than the path. Wanting a concrete door step made or combination with timber. 2) small ditch in driveway needs to be filled with concrete. 3) Wanting a basic door way shelter built (with clear PVC corrugate ) . happy for it drain into rock garden in pic). For fixings, directly above the door is concrete, where the out door light is, is cement board.
