Habitable Shed

Currently looking into quotes and ideas for a 3 bay shed with an attached self contained one bedroom flat with full kitchen, bathroom and living room. Approx 15m x 8m for whole structure Shed will be positioned at the rear of an existing house with a 1/4 acre section. Existing house will be removed eventually after shed is constructed. Ideally job will include all permits and consents, ground works, concrete pad and shed build. Living area internals walls to be constructed and possibly plumbing and electrical put in.
