Hi The chimney needs to be removed or taken down to a short level and sealed off. It is very crumbly looking. There are a few tiles I think on the roof that may need fixing as the kitchen roof is bulging . I have the insurance looking at that part. I have a few other jobs I'd like done. My shed was renovated into a studio but the walls are only lined with 4 panels, I'd love that to be finished. The dryer is balanced on a box so any help with hanging the dryer or making a shelf would be great. The deck corrugated clear roof is sun damaged and so leaks, I would like to replace it. I am off for the school holidays so at home for the next two weeks . Thanks Fiona
