1920 bungalow. Stucco cladding. Has been replied with concrete piles in the 1960. But foundation /floors not level. Require jack and pack and probably a dozen piles replaced. The house had a concrete ring foundation poured around the original totara piles as well. Some bearers end aren’t so well supported as the totara piles have degraded. I would like all that tidied up. Access is ok. From about 600mm to 350mm under joist.
