Kitchen unit removal to locate copper pipe

We have a leaking copper pipe which can only be located by removing our kitchen unit and drilling through concrete floor. All our flooring is concrete. We are needing to get this sorted urgently as the water is running out through kitchen drain which of course affects water rates. Thanks
