Looking for a all in fixed price quote to undertake the following:
1. Supply and Build 9.3mx6m garage/sleepout from kitset (inc. 1mx3m basic ensuite in sleepout and laundry in garage), on concrete slab, service connections
2. Relocate new 50m2 home from Riverlands, Blenheim (Lift and Shift quote $3,300 +gst)
3. 10xpiles 450mm above ground and service connections for relocated home
4. Connecting walkway - Materials as per garage.
5. Build driveway (concrete or firth porous pavers)
6. Build deck
7. Construct fence - using fern screening panels from Bunnings
