Construct 6x10 lined preferably monopitched garage with sleepout/bathroom/office. Needing construction to start asap and complete next 2-3 months. Need drawings for council, and for consent application. Will require relevant concrete slab, locating of wastes, gib to walls/ceilings, window and external door aluminium joinery, insulation, internal walls and doors, mechanical ventilation points,, sprouting and down pipes.
