Building Work Related to Roof Replacement and Skylight Installation #2

We have a roofing contractor who is going to be replacing the roof on our Garage, the adjacent lean to roof, the internal gutter that runs between them and also installing a Velux Skylight in the lean to roof. We require a builder to complete the following work in coordination with the roofing contractor: 1) Increasing the height of the Garage and Lean to roof by Packing the purlins by at least 50mm to allow for a new deeper internal gutter to be installed (the existing gutter doesn't provide sufficient capacity). 2) Remedial work to the internal gutter support structure to achieve a consistent fall across the length of the gutter (the existing gutter appears to be sagging in the middle) and reinforcement as required. 3) Installation of framing in the Lean To roof structure to allow for the installation of the Velux Skylight by the roofing contractor. 4) Installing insulation across the entire area of the Lean To roof (to the maximum R value which will fit in the roof cavity)
