Have had water damage,likely from a leaky shower. This has gotten into the flooring below and there may be damage to the plates. This was found during a builders report for the sale of the property so the sooner the better. As a minimum it will mean removing and replacing the shower but may involve repairing or replacing the plates. This is on a stucco house circa mid fifties
