Finishing a quick build home from shell state

I'm having a 2 bedroom flat built with Quick Build Homes. They complete the build to a shell state. They do the following. Foundation, bearers floor, walls (internal & external), roof, ridge, run cables in the ceiling panels, insulation, skirting & trims ( except door frames & revels) . I need someone to set out & dig pile holes, oversee the pile holes , complete fixings & panel assembly. I just need a quote at this stage until I have received quotes from an electrician & a plumber.
