Water damage inside exterior wall
Job description
There has been some water damage in an exterior bedroom wall that requires replacement of some studs and the bottom plate. As it is an external load bearing wall it would seem this work would need to be done by a LBP. The source of the damage has not been exactly located, though it is possibly from a toilet water pipe in an adjacent wall - this may be work for a plumber but if you could advise that would be great; it would be good to at least have some advice/opinion on where the water damage may have come from.
