House renovation

Finish home renovations. Including re-gibbing kitchen/dining/bedroom/laundry to include the install of skirting/architraves (also to include installing insulation in exterior wall frames. Hanging 3 internal doors and installing door hardware. re-installing kitchen units and benchtop Replace barge boards on house exterior, and replace some roofing iron and clear-lite. Installing extra run beams under deck area. Ideally seeking works to be completed before the onset of Winter 2022. House renovations have been started by a builder friend who does not have the time to continue and finish. Ideally would like someone to come and take a look and go over my ideas/thoughts and open to further suggestions. I am ready to go ASAP.
