Replace flat roof with gable roof etc

Basically I live in a converted shed and port-a-com. Both have gable roofs. The structure between the to buildings has a flat roof and it is this that I want to change to a gable roof that will sit about a foot above the spouting on the shed and port-a-com when finished. Also an exterior wall will need to be moved about a metre from current position. The whole structure will be removed before work begins so I can see what the previous people have done as we have a few issues. Also any advice on how to replace a bottom plate of an exterior wall without replacing the whole wall would be great. So basically I need some one with more knowledge than me to do the framing, roofing /guttering, exterior weather boards, and installing 2 windows. I am willing to be a labour unit if required.
