Kitchen tiling and hole cut for new door in concrete wall 1930’s villa

Need to have tiles put up for above bench splash back and around sink. New hole cut for door, and another doorway cut back to open up kitchen/dinning. Walls are concrete double brick. Have council approval. Also lay large ceramic tile out back door landing .
