Tethering a pod on trailer to the ground

We are getting a pod on a trailer that is 6m by 2.4m and it needs to be tethered to the ground, this will be at our property in morinsville. We dont have the pod yet wanted to organize the tethering job first then we will order pod which can take a couple of weeks to be delivered
