Install a round sky light/dome. Rip down a wall and remove cabinets.

We need to take out an old diesel heater tunnel.... see photo. this has all beed removed years back, I have no idea why they left this in there. This will leave a 20/30cm hole in roof. Thought just put a fixed round skylight. I can get 1 from bunnings just need price to install, unless you have a better idea. have also a wall that needs to be busted thru as well. i will add photos later. Want it done in the next month. Small wall to come out with the one door on it. About 1.5metres. Not low bearing. Also want cabinets in the last photo ripped off wall. Would prefer someone to do all three
