Quote for Build an Internal Access Garage

We have a 1950's brick house on piles that we would like to explore the possibility of adding an Internal Access Double Garage. We require someone to manage the entire process from start to finish. We are unsure of whether it can 1) be done and 2) is cost effective to do so would require a quote. We are wanting to do this so we can then subdivide the back section and build a house so there would be possibly more work at a later date also.
