Underfloor or ceiling access

Sometimes there are properties that we cannot access, as we need a new ceiling or underfloor made. We need to have a Registered Licensed Builder to do these. We would advise location, get you in and you make a basic manhole. You can make the hole and use the ceiling piece and then frame it with ready painted wood. Get in touch with me if this sounds like you - we have 2 x Matamata and 1x Tahuna. each job is $500+ gst inc travel, materials etc.
