Minor Exterior Repairs & Improvements 3

** Remove old clear roof sheets off patio roof and replace with new sheets, (approx. 6 sheets). ** Fit new guttering to patio roof (approx. 2 x lengths)... material already on site. ** Remove and replace several broken and damaged "fibrolite" panels on walls of house. ** couple bits of surfit need repair / replace ** Sus-out / advise possibility of replacing old front door with a more "modern looking" one ** Remove trellis panels from patio wall and fit new... still to decide exact replacement ! ** Subject to neighbours buy in / cost share replacement of approx. 2 x lengths of guttering on their shed wall on boundary. Currently old metal guttering rusted out in several places. ** possible repair, if do-about, to a small section of concrete foundation perimeter, which has a piece broken off !!
