Hi There, I am looking for a Builder to do a fire rated wall 60 minutes FRR as Council require for Building consent.

"The new wall around the tank room is to be a fire rated wall 60 minutes FRR. The wall is to extend from the floor to the underside of the roof cladding to Gib specification GBTL 60 (one layer of 13mm Fyreline each side of the timber stud). The rear door from the tank room is to be a fire rated door-/60/30sm complying with NZS4520, fitted with fire rated hardware , door closer, smoke seals, and fire door tags. No vision panel is required.

No fire rated construction is required within the Tenancy as a result of the fitout."
