Fix rotten framing behind bathroom

Need to replace framing that has been damaged, behind shower. Bottom plate has been seriously damaged. Studs damaged, only towards the bottom. Rest of the framing is fine. Will have exposed frames for you to replace, so need to demo. Can also do gib, so just replacement of the frame is all that needs doing.
