Hi guys I have space which is around 7m long x 3m wide. One side is house and another side is timber fence. I want to get a covered area (waterproof with weatherboard or similar) on the fence side and leave the house side as it is. For the top, would like tint roof to go under soffit and have slight tilt towards fence with guttering (not corrugated wave style roof tho). So this will act an extension or similar.
