Job description

General Building
Manukau

The bottom tip of the fascia board on my gable roof got damaged. It needs to be repaired or replaced, and then painted. The board is about 4m long. It's at the edge of a Decrabond roof, so some nails will need to be removed and replaced. Single storey house, no scaffolding required.

It is not a big job but awkward to find someone to fix it. Two of the tradesmen suggested cutting a bit off, and then painting the end white. That's not what I'd call a repair. It's more like an amputation. Sam came though quickly, did a good job. He was friendly and easy to deal with. Good communications too.
