Just bought a new house and need a few things done: 1. Mount 2 x Flat screen TV's to the walls 2. Create an opening in our verandah so that tradespeople can get under the house (the last owner closed access with this build). 3. The Verandah is pretty big - might see if I can reduce its size . 4. We've got wooden floors. Some areas are a little creaky which might be what we should expect with wood, but would be good to get that checked out. 5. We've got a fence at the back which seems a little flimsy - would be good to get a quote on the cost of improving that.
