Minor Alteration

This is a minor/small alteration to an existing bedroom, essentially enclosing an existing outside void as shown to incorporate into the bedroom area as additional wardrobe/storage - labour and materials. - Remove existing window as shown and re-install on the outside wall on the right. - Construct wooden floor including insulation in the triangular void to join existing inside floor/walls/ceiling. - Build and extend outside weatherboard wall across to the front corner to fully enclose the void. - Interior lining/insulation etc not required, just finished to weather tight standard. - The size of the void is approx 2400 x --- - Suitably qualified RMBA/NZCB tradesperson required
