Enclosing mezzanine with wall and window shutters

We have a mezzanine floor with an open cavity we want to enclose. We have an angled roofline and also want to install a window frame to create airflow. Space is approx 3m high (at highest point and 0.7 at other) x 6m wide. Other building renovation work also needed from roof leak so replacement gib also required. Quotes welcomed and more work to come if we get the right tradie. 😀
