1.Outside wall of house 2 or 3 Fibrolite boards removed to discover what damage water seeping in [probably over 18mths ] has caused.[Neighbors downpipe broken -think that's cause of my place getting flooded recently . [AMI have dried out house interior] 2.Possibly replacing approx 1 1/2m section of Baseplate [with wood /plastic ?] 3.Inside needs approx 1m skirting board replaced. I'd like this done in the next week .
