i want to push out an existing wall to add extra space to the kitchen area. it requires reusing the existing aluminum joinery and tiling the floor to match. the area is level and access is reasonable. it would be approx 2.1m by 5.4 m at the existing ceiling height in the main area. no kitchen fit out needed as it is basically to be used for seating.
