Building Report (required master builder)

Hi there, my house is in the final stages (awaiting CCC) and i need a master builder who is able to give me a formal written report of the finishing of our house. we are not satisfied with the house and need another opinion. this can be done after lockdown but i just need a quote of how much this service would cost.
