Fence repair

2 fences to repair on the same property. 1. Wood rail fence requires repair, approx. 10 meters long, 1.8 tall. Posts have rotted, fence unstable. 2. There is also a tree stump on the same property (near a different section of fence) that I have arranged to be removed. The fence near the stump will need to be partially dismantled, then rebuilt once the stump grinder has finished. Timing is critical as neighbouring property has dogs and I will need the fence dismantled for the shortest possible time.
