New Outdoor Area

Remove existing sun conservatory. Put up new Pergola, replace outside door with new bi-fold doors. Ideally remove the current tiles and replace with deckin all the way to the back fence. Basically just trying to create a new indoor/outdoor with roll up blinds to make it good for winter and summer by closing it up. Keen to get started in the next few weeks if possible. Open to additional ideas. Not 100% sure on the costs yet, expecting between 20-30K as a guess
