Replace water damaged floor

I've had a leak in the wall between the bathroom and bedroom where the shower mixer is which has leaked onto the floor of the bedroom which has a particle board floor and this has now started to sag. Basically it turned into weetbix. I'm looking for someone to quote to pull up carpet. Replace floor that has been damaged and re-gib the hole in the wall where the plumber needed to access pipe work. On the picture to the left of the vacuum is where the floor has started to sag. Would like someone who could possibly do job in the next 4 weeks.
