I have a balcony that does not leak, but I think that over time the angle to the rainwater exit point (to the gutter) has changed so now there's permanent water sitting there. See picture in attachment. I am looking for a quote to fix the angle so that it naturally drains and I also think it's time to replace the top layer. I think the current material used is something called 'butyl' - not sure if it's called like that. It feels like rubber. I don't have a clue what is required to fix this so I leave the 'expected cost' below as the default value.
