LBP required- Build Internal wall & framing/insulating masonry block wall

urgently Require a LBP to build an internal wall for new toilet & hang door (location rear of garage with 2 existing masonry block walls). Also to Install 49 x 49 MSG8 Timber Frame strapping on DPC to masonry block wall with Masonry 'Pink Batt' Insulation and lined with 10mm Gib in existing rumpus room (~ size 7.5m x 4.2m). All work must be as per building consent specifications.
