Job description
Insulation of walls, replace folding garage door with a french door, replace plastic windows with proper ones (have one already), insulate ceiling and possibly use plywood cover, additional framing for walls and ceiling, link power supply from main house, some plastering no doubt. Probably do it in a few days if full time. No consent needed, no painting. I’ll supply the materials. Garage is freestanding. Need a quote, your availability, and references please.
