Adding an internal beam
Job description
Hi there, we are in need of removing a half wall in between our lounge and kitchen area to make it an open plan area, then an approximately 6m FB30M beam added in. We already have got the plans drawn and submitted for building consent and will require the job started in about 4-6 weeks time. Quality of the job is very important to us but at this stage, our timeframe may prioritise over it as we want the new kitchen (kitchen plans are completed) completed by Christmas. Tui & CK was very impressive in every aspect of our project!We needed a structural wall removed with little roof space so was advised by the architect it will be an exposed beam.He provided a very detailed quote & was the only tradie who also looked into how & equipment required to get the beam up as we require neighbors consent.He turned up on time & surprised us by making the beam internal even though it required them more work!Our lounge wouldn't have been the same otherwise!THANKYOU GUYS!=D
